No, the responsibility for return shipping lies with the host and is not included in the purchase price of the Kit.

The cost of return shipping will vary depending on factors such as the number of shoes, assigned shoe size, and shipping method. We recommend comparing rates online to find the best option. Often, flat-rate boxes from the US Postal Service work well for this project.

Once your order is placed, your Kit will be shipped out within 7 days, ensuring you receive it promptly.

The time it takes to complete your first pair of shoes will vary depending on your skill level. On average, it takes around 20 minutes to properly trace, cut, and pin together the first pair. As you become more experienced, you'll find that subsequent pairs can be completed faster without compromising quality.

Our shoe patterns are distributed strategically based on the needs in Uganda and are not available for specific requests. The size you receive is the one we require from you.

The $35 donation per pair enables us to ensure the completion of each pair, including transporting the shoe uppers to Uganda, providing fair wages to tailors and shoemakers, purchasing additional shoe materials, and delivering them to those in need. It also covers the treatment and care of individuals at our clinics, including expenses such as gas for outreach, medical supplies, and fair wages for our staff.

If you have a kit that was purchased prior to October 2020, we kindly request that you purchase a new one. However, if your kit is more recent, simply note the change in the required donation.

Replacement patterns are available for $2 each. Please note that we cannot send patterns via email, so we recommend making a copy of your master pattern before using it.
