School and community clinics
Each week our team provides jigger removal, wound care, and shoes for children in rural schools and villages. Your support helps kids return to school and daily life without pain.
The Hope Center
Children with severe infections receive short term residential care, daily medical support, nutritious meals, and emotional encouragement. Families stay connected while their children heal.
Ugandan jobs and handcrafted shoes
Trained Ugandan shoemakers and tailors craft durable, closed toe shoes from recycled denim and tire soles. These shoes protect healing feet from reinfestation and give families meaningful employment.
What are jiggers.
Jiggers are tiny parasites that burrow into the skin of the feet. They cause pain, swelling, and infections that make it hard for children to walk, play, or attend school.
Families in rural Uganda face jigger outbreaks that spread quickly. Without treatment, children experience ongoing pain, wounds, and isolation.
Sole Hope clinics provide jigger removal, wound care, hygiene education, and protective shoes that help prevent reinfestation.
