SOLE HOPE SHOES
At Sole Hope, old jeans embark on an extraordinary journey of transformation. Volunteers at shoe-cutting parties cut and prepare these jeans, which are then sent to Uganda. There, skilled artisans are paid a fair wage to turn them into durable shoes with recycled tire soles. These shoes aren't just footwear; they're a shield against disease and a step towards a healthier future. Given out at our foot-washing and jigger removal clinics and our residential facility, each pair symbolizes hope, protection, and a commitment to healthier lives. From simple denim to a vital part of our mission, these shoes represent the power of collective effort in forging new beginnings.
